Download it to a NTFS partition or any partition that allows you more than 4 gb as filesize.. that means.. avoid a FAT32 partition disc/usbstick
any other problem will be related just to your browser (clean the cache , for example, use firefox instead of chrome or viceversa, etc). I doubt that your ISP put a limit per file.

I have tried to download it with another browser and I had the same issue, but thank you so much for answering me. The other solutions you suggested I have no idea on how to do them, but thank you

Try signing in with a Google account. I've had problems in the past with large files not downloading because I wasn't signed in.

I was signed in on my Google account but it still it kept not downloading after the 5Gb. I tried at least five times, so I ended quitting... I read somewhere it's a Google drive limit, they don't allow more than 5gb to be downloaded...
I've seen other files on other topics divided so that they wouldn't reach the 5gb limit
And I believe it was related to the Lisbon, Portugal show, on the dvd topics
