But you can do it manually and add whatever poster/image/cover to your Plex library.

Not currently, Yannis inquired about doing them awhile ago but only Austria was able at the time and nothing really changed with that one. I've got him helping me with Steve Terrey shows as well. If you're up for it, go for it!

Metallica rereleased some of them with solos that were previously cut and other footage. Also all of these have been synced with FLAC-HD audio.
