After all the issues I had with the video going out of synch, Gentle Giant kindly author the DVD for me, so you all can enjoy it.
I'd like to apologize for any inconvient, this issue might have cause.

Thanks to everyone involved. Why is the show in NTSC instead of PAL? The source resolution of the .ts files were 1920 x 1080 and the frame rate was 25 frames / second.
