A "secret gig" performing as Charlotte & The Harlots, this show's correct date is often mistaken to be 8-20-1988.
Since Iron Maiden was headlining the massive Monsters of Rock Festival that night (of this there is no question, KISS played, 2 people died during Guns N' Roses' show that night, etc.),
there is no way they were at Queen Mary's College that same day.
Additionally, a ticket stub has surfaced verifying the date of this show as truly being on August 17, 1988.
