Quick Remarks:
A-Hoy mates, This is Capt Cook's First Posting of One of His Recordings From the Treasure Chest Library.
But Seriuosly, This is a Unique Show,
and Here's the Story Behind it.
Dee Snyder and Quiet Riot were on a Double Biil,
set to play at the Baha Club here in Charlotte.
The Baha is a Very small Club, But the nice thing is That I was working at the Embassy suite Hotel at the Time not for from the Club.
Dee Snyder and Crew were book in the hotel.
I had the Early shift, as I was the sous chef on duty at the time.
And who do I see out in the Restaurant, but Dee Snyder.
I had to go out to Re- fresh the Buffet, and he walks on over for some more food.
I comment to him, That " I'm Looking foward to tonights Show."
He Said, " Well You Better Get Your Ass There."
I Thought, "Way Cool".
I Got to the Club Early, as I wanted to get to the Sweet Spot to Record the Show.
While I was in line a Couple of Fans Mentioned to me about Quiet Riot.
Seems When the Bands Plane Landed in Charlotte, they Arrested Kevin DeBrow.
He had an Outstanding Warrant out from 15 years ago that needed to be taken care of.
Major Bummer.
Guess they won't be playing tonight,
As it tuned out, Dee Snyder Put on a really good show. ( I have Their set recorded too), How ever there Recording is in a Box Somewhere I can't find.
But when I run across it I'll post it Too.
Its Really Really Good.Any way, After Dee Snyder's Set, He came on with the rest of Quiet Riot, and sat in with them, to do a few numbers.
I thought that was so cool to do. So here's the Quiet Riot Set, with Dee Snyder Do Enjoy.
Peace, Capt. Cook.
