Madly in Anger World Tour Best of?

Hello all - Just wondering if someone ever put together a "best of" the Madly In Anger With The World tour which contains all songs played on tour and the best sound/performance quality
I know some have put together other special best of sets for the DM and Hardwired tour so I was just curious
I did use the search trying different variations such as the name of the tour, best of 2004, and whatnot but I didn't see anything
Maybe I just failed, but I thought I would ask

If I'm being honest, No Leaf Clover's "best" version from the tour is probably Uniondale 2004 - first night. The Unnamed Feeling would be Melbourne 2004 (January 28) but be warned, the sound quality is not amazing. Battery could be from Download Festival of 2004. That's pretty much all I can think of, because I haven't gone through a speed-run of the shows in that tour.
