odd request for 2 torrents

ok,i dont understand,but some reason my Utorrent keeps banning this one person who has the 2 files i need due to my HD crash.and before the crash,i downloaded off this same guy a few times,w/no problem.so can some try to download these 2 files for me,and see if you can get them? he doesnt always seed,so it may be a day or two before he comes on.thank you for anyone who tries.
