studio jams && raw rarities

hi there,
I guess some people know me from Metfuk & MCA..., use to be member too here back in the days...
Anyway, i'm looking for 3 songs from the "Later... with Jools Holland" show from '96.
This songs are in the bootleg called "studio jams && raw rarities 1995-1996" it's the tracks 16, 17 & 18.
It will be nice if someone could up this songs for me in flac or at least 320kbps mp3, i already got 192 but is sounds shit.
Or if you got any other (STEREO) sources from that show.
