i have fan can 1 (12 tracks) but i want the "studioshit" thingy which has more stuff. thanks!

I think the Until the Studioshit Load is just the 12 tracks just split into a bunch of other tracks.

TheJokeroholic is right. It's the same plus one or two demos from Load era that can be found on various Metallica singles.

does it include an early version of low man's lyric? i have the demo (mine eyes) but i think (not sure) there is a work in progress version different than the demo.

No. It includes demo versions of Hero and Memory.
