Never had problems with files from there. Just the language... that's a problem

(Almost) always loads immediately and as fast as possible - sometimes within seconds, depends on the file size.
I don't know any Russian, but I knew how to create an account and how to download - it's not that hard to to, once you have an account.
And the people there submit A LOT OF stuff
