There is a version here : http://metjitf.com/viewtopic.php?f=79&t ... rea#p96740 that is the same source as the LeperMessiah26 one. It just has Stand Alone menus though. It's my understanding that LeperMessiah26 took this source and just authored it with proper menus and chapters.
