Anyone gone to the trouble of capturing the separate videos and putting them together or found a continuous source for this footage?

It's already released in a true dvd quality. Not YT-downloaded crap.

Thanks for the reply. Is it available anywhere? I agree about downloaded You Tube crap.
Both postings I have found on this site are missing songs. I'm not sure about Fade, but I think the rest of the missings songs are on You Tube so they should be available somewhere.
