This recording was made at an all day "free" family event called "BannerFest" that was put on by "His Laboring Few" which is a biker ministry which deliver the word of God to "The Lost" community of bikers,the homeless & those who are serving time. It was held outside the Edgepoint Church in Knoxville Tennessee (who co-sponsored the event) and was basically a "block party" for the general public. Victor & Place Of Skulls was invited to play even though they are a very loud Doom/Metal band and played for free (like all the other performers) to help spread the word through their music.
This is a special torrent as Place Of Skulls had the live debut of 3 songs from the forth-coming cd "As A Dog Returns" album/CD bringing a total of 5 songs that have been played so far ("Dayspring" & "Breath Of Life" has been played before). There is also a testimonial from Tommy Newman who used to be "lost" and was a long time friend of Victor who also introduced them (and was very happy to have his "testimonial" documented & shared!) so it seemed fitting to include it in the torrent. If anybody should feel inclined to want to help any of the organizers of this event I have included links to the sites....
