For Those About To Rock - Monsters In Moscow

Been looking for this DVD for a long time, but the prices that I have found for this have been ridiculous and the only downloadable version that I can find online is like 320x240. Could anyone please point me to where I could buy this DVD for a non mega overinflated price or upload as dvd format on here? Thanks.
