It looks like a VH-1 broadcast, but I've never seen this documentary either.

The documentary is from a show called Rock Icons by VH1, it's Season 1, Episode 5.

First Aired: March 21, 2015
Metal figure Dave Mustaine (Megadeth) is featured.
