Has anyone ripped/found a rip of the big four soundboard from the video file that was put on the internet?
I have tried countless times to do it myself and it never works.
I would prefer it in FLAC or any other lossless codec but mp3's would be fine (If mp3 only then Metallica isn't needed as I have the LiveMetallica show)
Thanks in advance, Keep It Heavy, Jamie

jamie, are you trying to do it from the demonoid 8gb file?
its alot of work, but you may need to downgrade it to avi or wmv first. the original vid may be too large.
shit, this is a project. if it wasnt the middle of summer i would tackle this one. you would have to separate the performances, then track the songs... huge project, but sounds cool. might do a version in my spare time. let me know if you get anywhere.

Have you tried extracting the AC3 track from the TS or MKV? For the TS, I used DGMPGDec to demux the audio, then Audacity to convert to WAVE. You can use MKVextract for the MKV and do the same.
One thing I've noticed about the audio is that the center channel seems to be out-of-sync with the rest of the channels, which produces an echo, so I'd fix that or mute the channel before converting to another format. The channel layout is L, R, C, LFE, LS, RS.

It's seeded here:

It's quite heavy so no quality loss tho.
if you need an account there, pm me;)
